DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

If approved, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Size exchanges are subject to product availability and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an approved size exchange.

Qualitee 5:28 apparel is produced in limited quantities and may be available through pre-order. Please allow adequate time for production before your order is prepared for shipment.

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment.
